This batch of Australian Wagyu hamburger patties consists of 21 day Dry Aged Kiwami Top Sirloin and 21 day Dry Aged Kiwami Brisket! Makes for a very tasty burger! Each patty weighs approx 6 oz. I packed them up in sets of 2, totally about 12 oz for the pack! Just in time for all the grills coming out of hibernation!!!
